Update of ABTC

In order to complete the token distribution more fairly, we optimized the mining difficulty adjustment algorithm:

1. Adjust the base difficulty for every six blocks, each time by no more than twice (by twice or by half);
2. The base difficulty is reduced by half for every hour without a block;
3. The difficulty of mining will be different for each address. Record the number of digs for each address, difficulty for each address = base difficulty * (times of digs /4+1).
4. The new mining contract will start at 09:30:00 2021–01–28 GMT and the current mining process will end at 09:00:00 2021–01–28 GMT.
